10 days after JTNF: Samiksha quit her job.
Hey Reader, 🌏 India's first nomad festival just happened.Last week, we held Jungli the Nomad Festival, India's first digital nomad festival. And honestly? It truly felt like Jungli has arrived 🥹 Every common space was full. Community events were happening spontaneously: yoga in the lawns, slacklining behind Soch, and people jumping on the DJ decks out of sheer childish joy. No push from us. Just people who found each other and didn't want to stop. We also held some genuinely inspiring talks and workshops on personal branding, building a location-independent life, and safety for women as we collectively work to build safer spaces in India. Recordings out soon! The best part? The ripples are already showing. Ten days later: Samiksha quit her job to build her own coliving community in Bangalore. Anshul launched his personal brand. And Varun sent over the Build3 team to deepen the relationship between spaces like ours. We are getting India on the digital nomad map, one step a day!
🏆 The Legends of Jungli.At the festival, we revealed something we've been building quietly: the Legends of Jungli board. Here's the truth about this village: every good thing at Jungli came from a resident who left a piece of their heart and soul behind. Emily built the library. Nanda bought wifi to the wilderness. Tenielle redesigned the bungalow into a vibe. Arathy gave us our whole visual identity. Pavi contributed a coffee machine! That foundation is what allows every new resident to stack something on top. Jungli is what it is today because people kept doing that, one stay at a time. At JTNF, we officially crowned these Legends and revealed a few record holders while we were at it.
💻 Vibe Code with a View: Jungli becomes an AI school.
You know - it's funny. After the factory closed, Poppa Schae always imagined this campus becoming a school. Not a regular one, but a residential & experiential one. At JTNF, Dad and I smiled as we saw that vision come to life. People were leaning in and soaking up knowledge - but in a forest, with a breeze. So we are leaning into that: and going to be running more programs centred around learning. Our next program is Vibe Code with a View. We're turning Jungli into an AI school: somewhere you build real things with AI, surrounded by jungle, alongside people who are doing the same. We are currently co-creating the course with 3 AI Educators (after receiving 40 applications for the spot!). We'll drop more program info on the page below soon!
