Hey Reader,
Hope you're thriving ⚡️

Jungli's prices go up on October 1. Before we lock them in, we want your input.
Two years ago, we priced Jungli off a survey with this very community, and kept it deliberately affordable. Back then Jungli was a nobody: no Google listing, no reviews, just a dream on 150 acres. Price shouldn't have been one more reason not to come.
It worked. Today, your lifestyle fees cover about half of what it costs to keep the land alive. My family covers the rest. We're halfway to profitability, and the next half needs a price that makes Jungli a true win-win for the long haul.
Meanwhile, your feedback built the place: new ACs, new geysers, blackout curtains, private villas, Soch for private retreats, a sauna, a pickleball court, and a better gym and pool. (Plus better shower pressure. My personal favourite.)
Then in Chiang Mai, John, the founder of Alt, told me something that changed how I see Jungli: "I'm not in the business of rooms. I'm in the business of community."
Our residents said the same thing: stop splitting every bonfire and pizza night onto our tabs. Charge a little more upfront and let us just thrive. So the new pricing bundles the community life in. No more micro-decisions.
Here's where you come in. Some Junglis stay days, some stay months. Some want a villa, some want a shared room. Some eat every meal, some don't. So tell us: what's a fair price for your dream life at Jungli? And what's it worth to live with a curated, high-calibre crowd you walk out of with friends for life, plus a global network of Jungli alumni?

For those who don't know: Edge City is a pop-up village for founders, researchers and investors working on the frontier. It grew out of Zuzalu, the pop-up city experiment by Vitalik Buterin (founder of Ethereum), and has since landed in California, Argentina, Thailand, South Africa and Bhutan. Vitalik, Moxie (Signal's founder) and 12,000+ others have lived in their villages.
From Oct 11 to Nov 1, it's in Mandrem, Goa.
While building a community builders' residency for it with Shahzada from Oddtable, I called my friend and mentor Varun Chawla, founder of build3. "Are you really going for 3 weeks? That's a long time, right?"
He'd just come back from Edge City California. His answer: he can't think of a better return on his time.
That was all I needed to hear. I've cleared 3 weeks to hang out in Mandrem with the best of the best, fly the Jungli flag, and share what 2 years of village building has taught me.
Want in? Live with us and community builders from around the globe: coworking, workshops, unconference sessions and a few cheeky cocktails on the beach. Final few spots left.
